Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours from the time of purchase (excluding weekends). During peak shopping periods such as holidays or sales, please allow an additional 3-5 days for processing due to high demand.

All shipments include tracking information. If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable, your parcel will either be left in a secure location or a card will be left for collection at your nearest post office.

International customers, please note that any taxes, duties, or additional fees required by customs in your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.
